EQUAL OPPORTUNITY

At Jai Studios LLC, and Angie Follensbee-Hall.com, we believe yoga, mindfulness, and creative practices should be available to all. If you are dedicated to learning but struggle financially, scholarships are available for those seeking to practice with limited funds. Please inquire with us.

We pay respect to the Wabenaki tribes who were the original peoples of this land, who named the mountain behind our studio Cascadenac. We believe yoga, mindfulness, and creative practices should be fully accessible to all, regardless of race, creed, belief, gender, orientation, etc…

We welcome people of all races, nationalities, and beliefs to practice in a space that feels safe and supportive for your body.

We have assist cards on hand in all of our classes and you have complete sovereignty over you, your body, and your mind in our classes. Please use cards to indicate if you want an assist during class, otherwise, we will assume you do not want assists in class.

Please let us know how we can best support you and your needs during your time with us.

This no cash refund policy applies to events we may need to cancel as well.

We appreciate your understanding of this no cash refund policy. The no refund policy arises from considering our many operating expenses and hours of work and service in planning limited enrollment trainings, events, and other offerings, in addition to innumerable other variables. We have come to this no cash refund policy very carefully and mindfully, after many years experience navigating money as a form of exchange, and from seeking expert professional counsel. The no cash refund policy is the simplest way for our meager business to stay solvent, structured, and organized with all of the variables we must account for.

We recognize that each business has their own refund policy based on their unique needs and abilities. Our policy is based on our own unique experiences and needs.

Thank you for understanding.
