NEW! Monday Night Flow and Restore Series with Amanda Yates

Flow & Restore is a great way to check in and unwind at start of your week. We begin with gentle movements to open up our bodies before moving into a flow where we’ll work and build our strength and flexibility. The second half of class we’ll release into supported, restorative postures. Class is accessible to all levels, including beginners.

A six week series that will meet  Mondays from 6-7 PM on 6/25, 7/2, 7/9, 7/16, 7/23, & 7/30.

Please pay Amanda directly for these classes. Class passes are not interchangeable.

Sunday Slow Flow 9-10 AM with Angie
Suitable for beginners and those seeking deeper body/mind awareness. Explores fluid movement through active and passive asana and somatic movement, guided by the breath. Movement is centered simple, and graceful, while still offering seasoned practitioners the chance to access more subtle body/mind awareness.
 Thursday Gentle Inquiry, 9-10:15 AM with Angie.
Suitable for Beginners, for those with some physical limitations, and seasoned practitioner seeking a deeper body/mind experience and a soothing flow. Simple flowing movement inspired by Yoga, somatics awareness, and other energy work and movement traditions. Breath awareness and meditation included.
Thursday Energizing Flow and Restore with Live Music, 6-7:15 PM with Angie and Josh.
Suitable for any level. Starting with Slow Flow basics and somatic energy movements, we then move into deeper exploration and inquiry of asana and movement practice. Through thoughtful and purposeful fluid based movement, we deepen the connection between the physical body and the conscious mind. Class always ends with restorative yoga postures guided by soothing classical guitar, and chanting. A luxurious practice.


Drop in, $12. Pay ahead, 5 for $50 or 10 for $100 (or other increment of $10 per class when paying ahead).

I have not raised my prices since I began teaching over 12 years ago! On July 1, 2018, all prices will increase. I am sorry to say that I do not offer senior, student, or other discounts as of now. I am a very small studio and business, and I rely on this income to pay for many home bills, etc… Thank you for understanding!

We take cash, check, and credit cards. Checks can be made out to Angie Follensbee-Hall, or to Jai Studios.
Scholarships are available for those seeking to practice with limited funds. Please inquire with us.
*Guest teachers at our studio pay rent & as such, class passes are not interchangeable between teachers.
*Workshops fees are paid directly to Angie or to Jai Studios
We are unable to give cash refunds for class payments.
We offer credit towards other classes, Reiki, or events when possible. 
Special events/workshops will be refunded if the class is cancelled due to low enrollment.

What is Myriad Yoga and “Yoga Flow”?

Myriad Flow Yoga Fundamental Principles

Myriad Flow is a practice of bringing forth our most Optimal Self through asana- postures, pulsing movement, breath, and mindful attention. Myriad flow is designed as a total wellness system that recognizes the vital need to honor the individual and unique needs of each practitioner as they change over time, while simultaneously recognizing that we are all connected at the source of Spirit.

Each practice session begins with attention to the breath and coordinating each movement with the breath, we then focus on releasing tension in the spine through fluid movement, strengthening our connection to the core body and expanding musculoskeletal strength, and reaching into periphery of the body through length and expansion of our limbs. After such mindful, strengthening, and expansive movement, we then take time to rest deeply for a complete experience of ease and peace. Over time, we artfully grow our body/mind awareness though these fluid somatic movements, conscious breathing, and reflective meditation practices.

It is my hope as a fellow practitioner that the many benefits of this practice will radiate throughout all aspects of your life.
