Angie is most interested in connecting you to your deep inner core body and helping you to move with fluidity, where you will discover your yoga practice as a living organic expression.” Yoga is artistic expression in the physical body, the creative union of heart, soma, and soul.”
Creative Director and Sound Engineer
Father, husband, musician, record producer, and Kirtan artist. Josh began his journey with the guitar a quarter century ago. His relationship with music has found him embracing, composing, and performing in an unusually wide variety of musical styles. Classically trained, he earned his bachelors degree in music education from Ithaca College.
Performing live music in yoga classes has lead Josh to creating solo guitar compositions that ebb and flow with the breath. By practicing yoga to live music with Josh, you are invited into a deeper level of relaxation and spiritual connection as you flow through an asana sequence.

I am happy to introduce Charleigh Robillard as our Monday night yoga teacher!
“I teach the Medicine Wheel patterns in an effort to share the wisdom of many elders in a blend of customs, taken from 30 years of study & practice. I believe the Sacred Tree stands in the center of the circle, heartstrong & tall, joining life’s elements in the ancient dance; as above, so below. Each of us lives the circle in our own pattern, but know our circles do overlap as we are all intertwined. No one thing lives without the aid of another, no one act stands alone, all is one, one is all, all is Divine. I offer yoga asana classes in Hatha, restorative, yin, & chair. Conversations on yoga as lifestyle, heirloom foodstuffs, seed saving, peace, animal rescue. Also good health tips, herbal salts, vinegars, and remedies for pets & their humans. It’s all Good Medicine.”
